During the winter 2014 in the UK a large storm ravaged the southwest. Me and a frien knew the swell would be large from the previous day so we got up before dusk to head down to Bovisand Fort near Plymouth to check it out. Here are some pictures of what we saw:
The swell was hitting the harbour and causing these huge eruptions of water
If you look closely you can see my friend shaun standing in the fofreground which really gives scale to the sixe of the swell
The waves were crashing right over the side of the wall
All in all it was an amazing site and it truely had us in awe of the power of the ocean.
